Our signature flavor, the Old Fashioned Aromatic Bitters, is what started this whole company. After making my first batch of bitters and tasting how much better they were than what I was used to, I set about creating the perfect bitters for an Old Fashioned, my favorite cocktail.

Old Fashioned 1.5 oz bourbon 4-6 dashes The Bitter Housewife Aromatic Bitters 1 tsp 2:1 simple syrup orange twist

Mix bitters and syrup in an old-fashioned glass. Pour in bourbon, add ice, stir to chill, and garnish with an orange twist.
