Our non-alcoholic version, the NoGroni, uses The Spirit of Gin, The Spirit of Milano, and The Spirit of Vermouth Rosso to capture the essence of this classic.

Ingredients: 1.5 oz The Spirit of Milano, 1.5 oz The Spirit of Gin, 1.5 oz The Spirit of Vermouth Rosso, Orange peel Method: Build the cocktail over ice in a rocks glass, and stir to combine. Garnish with a twist of orange.

The Rosita: A modern riff on the classic Negroni, the Rosita is simple, balanced, and one of our absolute favorites.

Ingredients: 1.5 oz The Spirit of Tequila, 1.5 oz The Spirit of Milano, 1.5 oz The Spirit of Vermouth Rosso, 1 shake Aromatic Bitters Method: Build the cocktail over one large ice cube in a rocks glass, stir to mix, and garnish with a twist of lemon or grapefruit.

The Boulevardier: A variation of the Negroni, the Boulevardier is rich and warming, perfect for a winter evening. Like the Negroni, it's a sophisticated, deceptively simple, yet balanced cocktail.
