Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters, 5oz - A Tropical Blend of Cinnamon, Allspice and Island Spices
Our formulation takes into account the contributions from both the Eastern (Polynesia) and Western (Caribbean) schools of tropical cocktails. We recommend adding a dash of these bitters to libations served in shrunken heads, volcanoes and miniature ceramic Moai. The primary flavors are cinnamon and allspice with a strong cast of supporting spice flavors.
Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters are GMO-Free Certified and Kosher, designed to help bartenders create perfect, all-natural cocktails every time. These bitters were inspired by one of the new garde of Tiki legends: Brian Miller. He asked if we ever considered making Falernum, a cordial filled with the spices of the West Indies. Since we weren't cordial makers at the time, we decided to see if it was possible to create a bitter designed with tiki cocktails in mind.
Very Small Batch - A taste of the islands. These bitters offer a unique blend of flavors that capture the essence of tropical cocktails. Whether you're mixing up a classic Tiki drink or experimenting with new concoctions, Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters are a versatile and essential ingredient.
The bottles with the OU Kosher seal are Kosher-Pareve and not for Passover use. Bottles with the GMO FREE mark are made with sugar cane alcohol. The product does not contain any gluten, but may be manufactured in facilities that handle gluten.
Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters are perfect for creating a variety of delicious cocktails, from the Not Invited To The Party to the El Viejon and the Cocchi Cola. Explore the unique flavors and unlock the full potential of your tropical libations.
